1 Full width rear cast counterweight provides full protection against job site damage. All hydraulic components are assembled within a hydraulic clean room and undergo multi-stage hot tests and oil detection processes to ensure reliability. Improved digging end pins with ARCO coating protects pins from corrosion, thus contributing to reduced operating costs. 2 State-of-the-art manufacturing procedures for achieving ultimate construction quality, reliability, durability, service life as well as machine availability. Our in-house paint process is one case where we guarantee quality and lasting protection. 3 The heavy duty kingpost that comes standard optimizes useful life and lowers the cost of ownership due to the durable rebusable pivot points. 4 The overhead mounted boom reduces risk of damage on site, for example when loading dumpers. 5 hoses are routed through the boom, dipper and kingpost for maximum longevity. 1 The new cabs are fully ROPS and FOPS compliant, for increased protection laminated glass is available as option. 2 All services including tracking and dozer are isolated when the control pod is raised as an additional safety precaution. 3 Raise overloaded the 19C-1 EP's acoustic warning system ensures maximum stability and safety during efficient work. 4 A lockable internal toolbox provides safe tool stowage on all models. Safely does it.
4 Optimum seat position with large glass area and body design combine to provide excellent all-round visibility for increased safety on site. As a result, the EP 18Z-1, 19C-1 and 19C-1 need no mirrors to meet EU regulations. 5 The unique JCB 2GO system gives an extra layer of security which means that all controls are fully isolated unless the 2GO button is activated. To enhance safety there is one Thatcham approved immobiliser eliminating the possibility of unauthorized starting. With the Livelink and Datatag software system on the minis you can set up a geofence as well as working restrictions on machines. A key advantage of the combination of Livelink and immobilizer is the Remote Pin Code Management System through which you can authorise or deny use of the machine by remote access. Up to 14 individual pin codes can be programmed into the system, thus providing the ability to adjust operator settings by embedding in each separate auxiliary mode (19C-1 EP only).
