Tested structural integrity using FEM (Finite Elements Method) analysis as well as long term durability checks. Boom Swing The boom swing function of the R27Z-9 is designed for efficient work in stowed residential and urban areas. The boom can be compensated left or right within an operating range. Improved hydraulic system Optimized matching between joystick and main control valve improves delicate control and smooth operation. An arm flow summation system ensures energy savings, reduced cavitation and increased speed. To improve safety and prevent boom drift, the R27Z-9 features an integrated boom hold system. Due to the short rear pivot radius of Zero-tail Swing R27Z-9, the operator can operate in been areas such as buildings working on road proximity and compact environments that are confined to one's limited operational environment.

Comfortable Operating Cab In a 9 Series cab, you can easily adjust the seat and wrist settings to your preferred operating condition. All pedals are hinged for extra floor areas. Foot rest, attachment pedal, left and right travel pedals as well as boom swing pedal are arranged for convenient access. Two cup holders are integrated into the proper console for large and small storage of beverages. An additional storage box with key lock is accessible under the operator's seat. Adjustable wristrests provide added comfort. A sliding folding front window allows easy opening and safely stored in an open position to improve ventilation and visibility (cabin type) Reduced stress The operator working environment should be resilient. Hyundai‘s R27Z-9 Compact Excavator is designed on comfort, reduced sound and plenty of space to reduce strain on the operator.
Operator Comfort
The left and right control levers are ergonomically located for convenient access. A safety lock-up system is designed to prevent exiting the cab while the hydraulic controls are alive. When the safety lever and left side console are positioned upright, hydraulic functions are disengaged.
