Heavy-Duty Boom
Neuson excavators are renowned for their heavy-duty construction and the new series is no exception. Rotating bracket, boom, dipper stick and all cylinders are built to withstand the toughest jobs. Large shaft seats, powerful cylinders, well protected hoses and welded in steel casting at sites with increased stress everything is designed permanently.

Hydraulic refinements
The standard auxiliary hydraulic system, which is fitted up to the dipper stick, now features a large depressurized return line for use with a hammer. The grapple piping option now includes on both sides inline quick couplers designed to depress the dipper cylinder. And a third control circuit for operating special attachments is available as an option on the 50Z3 and above. The drive of the new series now includes an automatic power shift transmission. Standard setting is 2nd gear high speed. Where more power is needed, the system automatically shuts down at 1st gear low rpm. Turning around during grading takes place automatically at high speed. However, second gear can be blocked by means of a switch on the dashboard.

Spacious Well Equipped Cab
The driver's seat & armrests are fully adjustable for operators of all sizes. Redesigned dashboard includes all major controls and indicators, ergonomically arranged to ease-of-use. The cab door can be unlocked from inside and the operator has more legroom than ever before. An optional feature enables engine speed adjustment at the touch of a button.
Tilting Cab
The cab can be tilted quickly and easily to allow service access to hydraulics, slewing gears, air conditioning and the control block. Access to the rear of the engine is also possible through service openings.
