Side-hood Features
The radiator, oil cooler and A/C condenser are conveniently located in the side hood. The new layout and A/C condenser tilting structure provides a simpler and more efficient way to clean and maintain the cooling system allowing you to keep your machine in the best condition protecting the excavator from overheating.

Kubota Original DI Engine with CRS and DPF Muffler
The direct injection engine of the new Kubota is equipped with CRS and a new and improved DPF, which reduces maintenance by increasing service intervals for both the regeneration filter and ash cleaner.
Auto-shift
The Auto-Shift system enables automatic travel shift from high to low depending on traction force and terrain. This achieves smoother operations when dozing and turning.
Auto Idling System
When the control levers are in neutral for more than 4 seconds, engine rpm is automatically idled. Move back each control lever and engine speed instantly. This innovative feature not only lowers noise and exhaust emissions but also reduces operating costs and fuel consumption. It can be switched on and off.
One-sided Engine Maintenance
Kubota has made routine maintenance extremely easy by consolidating primary engine components on one side for easier access.

Versatile Control
Two auxiliary circuits (AUX1 and AUX2) are available on the KX057-5. The maximum oil flow settings of both circuits are conveniently adjustable from the digital panel.
Load Sensing Hydraulic System
The Kubota load sensing hydraulic system ensures smoother operation, regardless of the loading size. It allows flow of the hydraulic oil according to the specific area of lever movement of the operator.
Automatic Activation of 3rd Line Hydraulic Return
No more climbing down from the cab and reaching under the engine hood to manually open and close the 3rd line hydraulic return. The KX057-5 features an electronically controlled third-line hydraulic recirculation, which is automatically activated when the operator selects a one-way flow mode on the digital panel in the cabin.

Low Noise
The world-class noise reduction technology helps protect the operator's ears and gives the operator a more stress free working environment. Rear engine sound is reduced by a metal partition wall between the engine and cab. Also, the floor plate is thicker to reduce noise under the cabin.

Hydraulic Angle Blade
Save time and work more efficiently. With a simple movement of the dozer lever, the hydraulic Angle Blade can be angled right or left to push the ground to the side while the machine moves forward – without requiring repetitive repositioning at your right angles when backfilling trenches.
Dozer Blade Float
You don't have to adjust the dozer height to create a clean floor space. After backfilling, simply travel backwards along the covered trench with the dozer in the float position. Ground finishing work is now fast and easy!
Two-piece Hose Design
The two-piece hose design of the dozer blade reduces hose changes by 60% compared to one-piece hoses.

Spacious & Comfortable Cab
With new interior designs, the cabs offer improved comfort for operators of any size. Designs feature a slimmer, ergonomically positioned right-hand meter panel, double adjustable seat and larger head and foot space. The result is more room and greater convenience for the operator; this means improved productivity at work.
Double Adjustable Seat
As part of the new design, the cab is now equipped with a seat fitted with a slide that can be double adjusted to improve comfort. The joystick consoles on the left and right side of the seat can also be customized to individual operator requirements regardless of the seat. An optional air suspension seat is also available for added convenience.
Enhanced Legroom
The new cab design and interior features not only optimize operability, but also offer much more foot space for greater operator comfort.
Expanded Glass Area
A slimmer frame design means 20% more glass in the front window, skylight and left and right. Operators can monitor the left and right edges of the dozer just as much as the bucket through the skylight it also improves the feeling of spaciousness in the cab.
Rear-view Camera (option)
Designed by the factory, the rearview camera provides a fish eye view to the rear of the compact excavator by displaying visibility on the 7-LCD screen in the cab.
