Case 9010 overview

Hydraulic and electronic system

Serviceability Made Quick & Easy.

You know how important it is to stay on schedule. That's why you need an excavator that can be serviced and maintained quickly and easily. Serviceability was designed into the 90 Series. All 90 Series include a system display monitor, which provides immediate visual warning of any function that needs attention. Additionally, swing out oil coolers make it easy to clean the radiator and the hydraulic oil cooler, helping to ensure greater efficiency and longer life. Checking pressure is made easy thanks to hydraulic quick couplers. Access is easy with wide service doors that provide plenty of room for maintenance. The 90 Series is designed to keep you up and running with minimal downtime.

Undercarriage

Tough Undercarriage

The undercarriage on all six of the Case 90 Series provides excellent mobility, stability and long life. Two-speed travel gives you high speed to get to your job quickly and controllability for maneuvering in close quarters. Alternating inner and outer flanged bottom rollers prevent track snaking and spread stress evenly along the chain. The 9040, 9050 and 9060 also offer a single pedal drive feature, which engages both tracks simultaneously. Single pedal travel reduces operator fatigue when traveling from site to site. It also increases machine productivity by making repositioning and loading of the machine easy.

Cab

Efficient Operator Environment

When designing the cabs for the 90 Series, we had several objectives. We wanted the cabs to be spacious, efficient, provide a full field of vision, and above all, we wanted them to be comfortable. We have accomplished these goals. Getting in the cab is easy due to the design of the left armrest, which tilts up for easy access. Once inside, you can choose from 8 different seat positions to customize the fit to any operator's requirements. Plus, armrests and hand controls can be adjusted separately to provide a true custom fit for the operator. The hand controls are ergonomically designed and adjustable for increased comfort. Visibility is outstanding with an exceptional view deep into the trench and all around the work site. There’s even a hinged skylight that enhances visibility for working around overhead obstructions. Three windows provide excellent cross-flow ventilation, and the windshield slides on an overhead track. The removable lower front window easily stores behind the operator seat, secure and out of the way.
