Durability means long service life and greater uptime. The sturdy upper frame features a twin-yoke boom pivot point that doubles the wear area in the frame. This allows to use a longer pin. This ensures better distribution of stress, with less wear and reduced pin to bearing play. The X-shaped undercarriage provides better load distribution on the side elements for more rigidity and robustness. The top part of the side member slope avoiding debris collection and easy cleaning. Intelligent, by design
For less wear and less maintenance time, all hoses that deliver the boom are loosely affixed to the outside of the machine without going into swinging. Open the cabin door and experience the spacious Volvo cab. The expansive, flat floor provides plenty of legroom even for large operators. There is also ample room for tools and personal items. Transport levers are equipped with pedals to control earthmoving equipment at the same time and forward movements.
