Excellent visibility
To help you perform your work more efficiently and safely, the new U27-4 cab offers a wide field of vision that enhances your environmental awareness. The extra front and rear visibility from ground level allows you to take on sensitive tasks easier in tight spaces, minimizing risks of entering people or objects. In addition, all boom hydraulic hoses have been enclosed inside the boom to reduce their damage so they can stay durable over the long run as well as improving your viewing area for better concentration on the job.

The U27-4 is powered by Kubota's robust and reliable engine. Designed with the power to maximize digging and lifting performance, it also delivers minimized noise and vibration according to Stage 3B Engine Emission Control.

Diagnosis function
The diagnostic function monitors the condition of the U27-4 and automatically alerts you in case of an emergency with warning lights and code numbers such as for overheating, hydraulic problems or too low battery.

Greater cabin interior
The new U27-4 offers the largest cab under 2.5 tonnes excavators to provide more comfort and less fatigue over our previous model. Foot space has been increased by up to 370 mm. In addition, the cabin door width has been expanded while its entry height has been lowered. This allows quick access on and from the cab operations that often require getting in and out, such as trenches and piping, much easier. Plus, a gas assist mechanism makes opening the front window almost effortless.
Easy transportation
The 2.590 kg heavy weight (cab) of the U27-4 allows it to be conveniently loaded onto a truck or 3.5-ton trailer to get in place. And with adding connectors down, the U27-4 can now be attached more easily to the loader.
