Hydraulic and electronic system

S.H.S. (Smart Hydraulic System)

For perfect controllability and simultaneity of all movements, the S.H.S. (Smart Hydraulic System) features an A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) on-board computer and an A.P.S. (Automatic Priority System) device. It includes computerized pumps delivery and main control valve actuation in relation to manipulators' stroke and working pressure demand. The E.S.S.C. (Engine Speed Sensing Control device) ensures total installed hydraulic power exploitation. Additionally, a high-definition E.T.U. (EASY TO USE) multi-function monitor incorporates a maintenance program, self-diagnosis system, and operating data storage (engine rpm/operating pressure, etc.)


Working modes

Three work modes are provided to match the job at hand: H - heavy duty S - standard FC - precision jobs. A dial-type electric engine throttle ensures perfect control.


Engine tier-2

The engine specifications are as follows: Net flywheel power (ISO 14396): 116 kW/158 hp Rated rpm: 2000 Make and model: MITSUBISHI 6D34-TLU2D Type: diesel, 4-stroke, direct injection, turbocharged, intercooler Displacement: 5861 cm³ Number of cylinders: 6 Bore x Stroke: 104 x 115 mm. The electronic engine rpm control features a dial type “Auto-Idling” selector that returns the engine to minimum rpm when all controls are in the neutral position.


Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system includes the S.H.S. (Smart Hydraulic System) and computerized hydraulic pump delivery for perfect controllability and simultaneity of all movements. The operating mode selector offers three options: H - heavy duty S - standard FC - precision jobs. A “Power Boost” device is also included. The main pumps consist of two variable delivery axial piston pumps that automatically revert to zero with controls in neutral, with a maximum delivery of 2 x 210 l/min. The pilot circuit gear type pump has a maximum delivery of 20 l/min. The maximum operating pressures are as follows: Equipment: 34.3 MPa Swing: 28.5 MPa Travel: 34.3 MPa Power Boost: 37.7 MPa Pilot circuit: 5.0 MPa. The hydraulic cylinders specifications are: Number: 2, Bore: 125 mm, Stroke: 1320 mm Dipperstick: 1, Bore: 135 mm, Stroke: 1490 mm Bucket: 1, Bore: 120 mm, Stroke: 1080 mm.


Transmission

The transmission type is hydrostatic, two-speed. It features two travel motors of axial piston type, double displacement. The brakes are oil bath disc type, automatically applied and hydraulically released.


Swing

The swing motor is of axial piston type, and the swing brake is an oil bath disc type, automatically applied and hydraulically released. The final drive is oil bath, planetary reduction, and the swing ring is grease bath type. The swing speed is 11.0 rpm.

The spacious cab combines the best aspects of functional layout and operator comfort

The cab is laid out with plenty of room to give the operator a comfortable working environment comparable to that of a full-sized machine. Viscous cab mounts cushions the cab from vibration, and the cab itself is tightly sealed to reduce noise.

Extremely low noise level and effective reduction of vibrations. All controls are within hand reach and in ergonomic position: more like a living room than a cab, for maximum operator comfort. Advanced climate control system maintains a comfortable and clean working environment.
