SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE CABIN
With the operator's use at the heart of his design initiatives, Yanmar developed the Universal Design concept that focuses on ergonomics such as door stick, handrails, door lock and hood handle. Combined to an increased leg room it allows for improved comfort and safety of the operator.
IMPROVED AIR CIRCULATION
Air distribution and circulation in the cabin has been enhanced by the optimal location of six vents. The defrost function ensures perfect dumping of the cab. A fresh air / recirculation feature has been added and both air filters are easily accessed. These changes greatly improve operator comfort, especially in hot weather conditions. Optional also is the vio57-6 air conditioning system significantly improved by increasing unit cooling capacity and boosting ventilation performance.

Vipps hydraulic circuit (vio progressive 3 pump system)
The vio57-6 hydraulic circuit features an aggregated power control system, equipped with two variable flow piston pumps and a multiple combination directional control valve. Pumps engage automatically depending on the operation being performed providing greater ease of use to the operator. On one hand, combining pump flows can increase working speed while also allowing for smooth yet simultaneous performance of all operations even when traveling.
ADJUSTABLE PROPORTIONAL CONTROL OF THE AUXILIARY CIRCUITS
The standard equipment of the vio57-6 includes an auxiliary hydraulic circuit. It is operated by proportional control on the joystick, which adjusts flow and direction of oil flow. Additionally, the circuit features an easy-to-use potentiometer that matches spillage to the optimal requirement for each attachment.
Transmission
The vio57-6 also benefits from a drive motor that develops 10% more torque and improves cycle times and productivity, especially in levelling applications. Standard equipment also includes the new automatic 2-speed drive motors which automatically shift up and down depending on effort.

The vio57-6 benefits from the leading manufacturer of industrial diesel engines' most advanced technology. The 48.4 HP TNV engine is equipped with direct injection to create clean combustion force. It features a fully electronic control for powering the vio57-6 with totally intelligent engine control. The 4tnv84t of the vio57-6 is equipped with a turbocharger that improves performance, fuel efficiency and torque. This choice allows reducing RPM by 200 rpm while dramatically improving noise levels for operators and those around it.
ECO-MODE
The Eco-Mode effectively controls the engine speed reduced by 300 rpm, thus allowing very low fuel consumption.
AUTO-DECELERATION
The engine drops back to idle when the operator does not touch the operating levers for 4 seconds. Environmental performance (noise and emissions) and fuel consumption are improved even further.
EASY ACCESS
Daily maintenance must be carried out easily. Engine hood and the right side cover are easy to open. This gives you access to all major elements: air filter, radiator, refueling pump, battery, fuel tank, hydraulic oil tank generator, engine oil dipstick, water separator, coolant level

NEW BOOM DESIGN
If the length of the boom stays at 2950 mm, its shape has been radically changed thus improving the lifting force of The vio57-6 by 10 %. This new design also reduces the weight of the structure by 40 kg and increases the stability of the machine. The box-type construction of the boom enhances its robustness and therefore its durability and service life. The pedestal and swing post of the boom have been strengthened, which improves its useful life even more reducing its Total Cost of Ownership.
UNIQUE UNDERCARRIAGE
The X-shaped box section structure of the undercarriage offers excellent torsional rigidity. The frame is designed for maximum durability. All components of the undercarriage have been updated: + Increase idling width by 25% + Increase track roller diameter by 14% and width by 13% + Increased chain length by 29% These improvements increase machine longevity and service life, reducing its TCO. This new undercarriage design and optimized mass distribution help improve the stability of the vio57-6.
SAFETY
The structure of the vio57-6 cab has been designed to meet ROPS (Roll-Over Protective Structure) certification as well as FOPS (Falling Object Protection Structure) level.

EFFICIENCY AND LOW CONSUMPTION
To be able to work safely, efficiently and with accuracy in the dark, the vio57-6 is standard equipped with 1 LED light positioned inside the boom. LED technology provides powerful light while reducing energy consumption, which increases battery life. Optionally, two LED lights can be added at the front of the cab as well as one LED rear beacon and a beacon.
DIGITAL INTERFACE
The vio57-6 is equipped with a digital interface that informs the operator in real-time about the status of his machine. Perfectly integrated into the right hand console, the 3.3 screen provides excellent visibility. The interface delivers useful information to the customer through LED lamps or references to important elements such as fuel consumption, fuel gauge, coolant temperature meter etc. The interface assists the customer during maintenance intervals and for programming such interventions. It also functions as a diagnostic tool in case of malfunction by sending an error code and info symbol to the display.
