Power System

Hydraulic System

Applying the most advanced and mature positive flow hydraulic control system in the world, the system is stable and of high operating performance and efficiency. The hydraulic elements are of world-famous brand. The most advanced positive control hydraulic system is of better stability and operability, ensuring constantly high operation efficiency for SANY excavators. With the double-pump and dual-circuit control system with constant power, the diesel power can be fully exerted. With the electric control positive flow control system, the operation performance is optimized and the power loss is reduced.

Control System

The newly adopted controller conducting electric and hydraulic control over the whole machine can achieve real-time match of engine power and hydraulic pump power, thus enhancing productivity and lessening fuel consumption. This also realizes the computer dynamic follow-up control over the outer load power by the maximum output, thus achieving optimal control over the overall load operating system of excavator.

Optimized Power Control

The engine has 4 power modes, which can be switched on the display according to different working conditions, and hence maximizing the operation efficiency and reducing the fuel consumption.

Electronic Control Module

The electric control module is capable of making quick response to change of work variants to obtain optimum engine efficiency. It is fully integrated with the sensors of fuel, engine oil, air intake, coolant and exhaust systems to conduct the real-time monitoring and auto adjustment on the system states and hence ensuring that the engine won’t overload, while the excavator works with full load. Meanwhile, it realizes the auto idling function so that the operator can accurately master the machine states and effectively prevent the occurrence of malfunctions.

Engine Control System

The controller of the engine system drives the accelerator motor directly by the signal reflection of the accelerator sensor. Four working modes can be selected by the driver according to the actual operation conditions. The engine can create ideal power according to the system running. The KNE-KDSS allows the speed to be changed when turning the button clockwise or speeding up the engine, while the noise is lowered. When restarting work, the engine can go back to the previous power.

Low Noise and Little Vibration

The matching of the engine and silencer in a rational way lowers the noise in exhaust emission. The engine room insulated with noise-absorbing material can effectively reduce noise. The optimized driving system achieves better stability for the machine and enhances the comfort for operator.

Three-Stage Fuel Filtering

The fuel coarse filter, fine filter and oil-water separator of large capacity improves the fuel quality, reduces the early abrasion of injection pump and nozzle and prolongs the service life of the engine.

Three-Stage Air Cleaning

Equipped with air pre-cleaner and dual air filtering core, the three-stage cleaning ensures that there are sufficient clean air flowing in, hence reducing the abrasion of cylinder parts. It is suitable especially for hard working environment full of dust, wind and sand.

The Boom and Arm Retention System

The maintaining valve on the main control valve is used to prevent the boom and arm sinkage caused by gravity, this enhances the safety and reliability of the machine.

Arm Power Regenerative Circuit

A quick circuit is added to the arm oil cylinder circuit. When the arm oil cylinder pushes out, the hydraulic oil return of the rod side is cut off and it flows into the side without rod, therefore accelerating the move speed of the arm and the power was saved.

Hydraulic Damping Device of Traveling Pilot Valve

When moving and stopping the machine, the traveling hydraulic damping device works and absorbs the vibration of the traveling hydraulic system and hence improve the operator's comfort.

Hydraulic Oil Cylinder Buffer
