Hydraulic System

Applying the most advanced and mature positive flow hydraulic control system in the world, the machine is capable of high operating performance and efficiency. The hydraulic elements are of world-famous brands. Additionally, the most advanced positive control hydraulic system is of better stability and operability, ensuring constantly high operation efficiency for SANY excavators. The main pump, main valve, slewing mechanism, traveling mechanism, and pilot control valve are of superior quality and originally imported. Furthermore, with the double-pump and dual-circuit control system with constant power, the diesel power can be fully exerted; with the electric control positive flow control system, the operation performance is optimized and the power loss is reduced.


Control System

The newly adopted electric control system matches the hydraulic control system to ensure the perfect match of engine power and hydraulic pump power, thus enhancing productivity and lowering fuel consumption. It also realizes the computer dynamic self-adjusting control over the output load power by the main pump, thereby guaranteeing optimal control over the external load operating status of the excavator.

Optimized Power Control

The engine has 4 power modes, which can be switched on the display according to different working conditions, and hence maximizing the operation efficiency and reducing the fuel consumption.


Electronic Control Module

The electric control module is capable of making quick response to changes in work variants to obtain optimum engine efficiency. It is fully integrated with the sensors of fuel, engine oil, air intake, coolant, and exhaust systems to conduct real-time monitoring and adjustment on the system states, ensuring that the engine won’t overload while the excavator works with full load. Meanwhile, it realizes the auto idling function so that the operator can accurately master the machine states and effectively prevent the occurrence of malfunctions.


Engine Control System

The controller of the engine drives the accelerator motor directly by the signal reflection of the oil position. When it reaches the default acceleration point, the speed-up signal stores, and the oil volume starts self-adjustment through the engine control system, driving the engine according to the different working conditions. When the travel signal works, the engine idles within 3 seconds, and when the travel pedal or the joystick is activated, the engine speed recovers, and noise is lowered, preventing the machine from overheating.


Low Noise and Little Vibration

The matching of the engine and silencer in a rational way lowers the noise in exhaust emission. The engine room insulated with noise-absorbing material can effectively reduce noise. The optimized damping system provides better stability for the machine and enhances comfort for the operator.


Hydraulic Pilot Lock

The control handle will not work when the hydraulic pilot lock lever is at the locking position. Therefore, the possible accident resulting from inadvertent operation will be avoided.

Bottom Emission Screw Plug

The radiator, fuel tank, hydraulic oil tank and coil plane are equipped with screw plugs at the bottom, which is convenient for discharging foreign substances and waste liquid in the replacement of oil or cleaning. A quick detachable protective plate is installed at the bottom to prevent the emission screw plug from damage.

As an integration of the thick high-strength steel plate and the reinforced bar, the top guard plate is made by stamping. It bears excellent collision resistance and seldom gets deformed. The optional CPG top guard plate and the rear window protection net are the optimal choice for high-altitude work against falling objects.
