Power System

Hydraulic System

Applying the most advanced and mature positive flow hydraulic control system in the world, the machine is capable of high operating performance and efficiency. The hydraulic elements are of world-famous brands. Additionally, the most advanced positive control hydraulic system is of better stability and operability, ensuring constantly high operation efficiency for SANY excavators. The main pump, main valve, slewing mechanism, traveling mechanism, and pilot control valve are of superior quality and originally imported. Furthermore, with the double-pump and dual-circuit control system with constant power, the diesel power can be fully exerted; with the electric control positive flow control system, the operation performance is optimized and the power loss is reduced.

Control System

The newly adopted electric control system matches the hydraulic control system to ensure the perfect match of engine power and hydraulic pump power, thus enhancing productivity and lowering fuel consumption. It also realizes the computer dynamic self-adjusting control over the output load power by the main pump, thereby guaranteeing optimal control over the external load operating status of the excavator.

Optimized Power Control

The engine has 4 power modes, which can be switched on the display according to different working conditions, and hence maximizing the operation efficiency and reducing the fuel consumption.

Electronic Control Module

The electric control module is capable of making quick response to changes in work variants to obtain optimum engine efficiency. It is fully integrated with the sensors of fuel, engine oil, air intake, coolant, and exhaust systems to conduct real-time monitoring and adjustment on the system states, ensuring that the engine won’t overload while the excavator works with full load. Meanwhile, it realizes the auto idling function so that the operator can accurately master the machine states and effectively prevent the occurrence of malfunctions.

Engine Control System

The controller of the engine drives the accelerator motor directly by the signal reflection of the oil position. When it reaches the default acceleration point, the speed-up signal stores, and the oil volume starts self-adjustment through the engine control system, driving the engine according to the different working conditions. When the travel signal works, the engine idles within 3 seconds, and when the travel pedal or the joystick is activated, the engine speed recovers, and noise is lowered, preventing the machine from overheating.

Low Noise and Little Vibration

The matching of the engine and silencer in a rational way lowers the noise in exhaust emission. The engine room insulated with noise-absorbing material can effectively reduce noise. The optimized damping system provides better stability for the machine and enhances comfort for the operator.

Hydraulic Pilot Lock

The control handle will not work when the hydraulic pilot lock lever is at the locking position. Therefore, the possible accident resulting from inadvertent operation will be avoided.

Three-Stage Fuel Filtering

The fuel coarse filter, fine filter and oil-water separator of large capacity improves the fuel quality, reduces the early abrasion of injection pump and nozzle and prolongs the service life of the engine.

Three-Stage Air Cleaning

Equipped with air pre-cleaner and dual air filtering core, the three-stage cleaning ensures that there are sufficient clean air flowing in, hence reducing the abrasion of cylinder parts. It is suitable especially for hard working environment full of dust, wind and sand.

Easy Replacement of Filter Core

For easy replacement of wearing parts, the fuel, engine oil, hydraulic oil and air cleaners conduct the front face installation in the design process. Accordingly, the operator can quickly replace them even standing on the ground as long as the service door is opened.

Bottom Emission Screw Plug

The radiator, fuel tank, hydraulic oil tank and coil plane are equipped with screw plugs at the bottom, which is convenient for discharging foreign substances and waste liquid in the replacement of oil or cleaning. A quick detachable protective plate is installed at the bottom to prevent the emission screw plug from damage.

Engine Hood

The engine hood is equipped with a spring for convenient opening. After opening the engine hood, the engine can be easily maintained.

Oil Tank

The oil tank of large capacity can reduce the cycle of oil filling. The oil tank adopts the top-rated anti-rust technologies to avoid damage, even if the oil containing such chemical substances as water and phosphoric acid dips inside for a long time.

Abnormality Caution

When the oil volume of engine, or the fuel, or the water temperature of engine, the oil pressure of engine or the air filter core becomes abnormal, the display screen will show the caution in time.

Fan Cover

The engine radiator fan is enclosed by thin iron wire, which lessens the overhaul danger and prevents the blades’ damage in case of other objects’ downfall.

Splash-proof Distance Plate

Structure

Platform Frame

The reinforced plates, welded on the two main beams of the slewing platform, largely improve the curve resistance of the platform. The right and left side beams and the cross beam, made of high-class steel and formed by stamping, take the form of a C-shape structure, greatly strengthening the platform. Traveling System Components

The seal-in lubrication is adopted for the upper rollers, the carrier rollers, and the front idlers, which prolongs their service lives. High lubricating grease ensures high wear resistance and low traveling noise of crawler pins and bushes. Made from high-strength alloyed steel, the three-tooth track shoe offers excellent ground proximity, stability, and durability. Additionally, a reinforcing bar is added to the crawler caterpillar to enhance its strength, allowing the wheels and the crawler to withstand the shocks when the excavator travels on bumpy ground.

Wear-Proof Bucket

In the standard configuration, high-strength steel plates, durable cutting teeth, and side teeth are applied for the reinforced bucket to prolong its service life.

High-Strength Top Guard Plate

As an integration of the thick high-strength steel plate and the reinforced bar, the top guard plate is made by stamping. It bears excellent collision resistance and seldom gets deformed. Under the working condition of falling rubble, the top plate will secure the operator. The optional CPG top guard plate and the rear window protection net are the optimal choice for high-altitude work against falling objects.

Tilted Crawler Frame

The tilted crawler frame makes dirt easily dropped off that stockpiled on the crawler frame; meanwhile, it is easier for cleaning.

Overheating Protection

When cooling water reaches a certain temperature, the travel speed is lowered. Then, the cooling water sends out an alarm as a reminder. The diesel will automatically enter into the idling work state until the temperature of the coolant drops to normal.

Cab

Air-conditioner

Wide Visual Field

With 9 air ports in the cab, the operator can enjoy a comfortable breeze from the air-conditioner. There is a defrosting air port on the front windshield, while the side ports provide hot air close to the operator. The blowing direction and mode can be freely switched as required.

Strengthened Transparent Anti-ultraviolet Glass

When there is intense light, the light-color glass effectively abates the entry of ultraviolet rays, relieving the visual fatigue of the operator and enabling easier visibility of the working object.

Easy Cleaning of Radiator

It’s accessible to the radiator of the engine once opening the left and right service doors. The radiator has a special guard rail outside to block dirt. When cleaning the radiator, it only needs to dismantle the guard rail for washing.

Working Mode

There are 4 kinds of working modes, namely H mode, S mode, L mode, and B mode. "H" signifies the heavy load mode, applicable for excavating and the stone under mass of the soil. This mode is the most powerful and has the highest fuel consumption. "S" signifies the standard mode, applicable for the general working condition, which is the most economical and efficient. "L" signifies the light load mode, applicable for light load, mud, and fine soil excavation, and has the lowest fuel consumption. "B" signifies the breaking mode, applicable for breaking with the ideal power configuration. These 4 working modes can satisfy both heavy loading conditions and low fuel consumption.
