1 The new 8T series has a JCB Diesel by Kohler Common Rail Stage IIIB/Tier 4 final compliant engine. This features DOC, turbocharger and intercooler. Power is increased to 48kw at just 2200rpm, giving 300Nm of torque. This engine does not need a diesel particulate filter (DPF), reducing maintenance, boosting uptime and improving fuel efficiency. 2 Tractive effort and 5kph tracking speeds are class leaders with high dozer capabilities and fast tavel times. 5 All digging end and dozer greasing intervals are best class at 500 hours as our graphite impregnated bronze bushes save time and money. 6 The JCB open frame undercarriage design with sloped track legs minimises material build-up for easier cleaning. 7 Under the wide opening steel hood, you can easily fill the fuel tank on a JCB Midi from ground level, facilitated by the external diesel indicator. The optional refuelling pump features an auto stop function for reduced spillage and increased safety.

1 The cab is incredibly spacious and its large door provides easy, safe access. 6 The new dozer section and angle provide high performance with easy clean, low ground retention. Rejuvenated lifting points are positioned behind the blade edge providing excellent protection. 7 We offer a dozer blade float option that allows easier soil levelling and efficient cleaning of terrain. Further maintenance.
8 Key components are easy to reach: there is a large inspection cover for the slew joint and swing bearings; removable side skirts and in-fill panel. The sealed idle tensioner stops ground structure; and dozer hoses end at bulkhead for easy replacement. 9 These machines feature colour coded hydraulic hoses for easy identification. 10 Raising of a JCB 86c or 85z is made easier because the tapered dozer lift points are located behind the blade edge; they also keep them protected.11 The two-piece floor mat is removable to clean easily, while the antic lube profile plate provides safe entry and exit as well as long-term protection of the paint carossery.
