Anti-skid Plates

The anti-skid plate with the punching holes covers the machine body to prevent people from slipping during maintenance. Anti-skid film is provided at where punching holes are impossible.

Optimized Power Control

With the global power adaptive energy saving technique, each mode and each gear’s power parameters are designed according to the optimal power point of engine. There are four working modes that can easily be changed on the monitor according to different working conditions to maximize work efficiency and minimize the fuel consumption.

Insulated Panel and Fan Guard

Insulated panel which has heat-shielding performance covers engine turbocharger to prevent unexpected burns. The radiator fan is enclosed with a protective net cover that can reduce service hazard and prevent other objects from falling into the fan and causing damage to fan blades.

World-leading Negative Flow Control Technique

With a dual-pump, dual-circuit constant power negative flow hydraulic control system, the engine power can be used more efficiently. This perfect combination produces higher operating efficiency with lower fuel consumption and lower noise by selecting heavy duty mode under high workload, or standard or light duty mode with automatic deceleration system.

Hydraulic System

The electronic control system, with the use of total power operation and electro-hydraulic proportional valve, can be used to precisely control the flow of the main pump according to the working conditions, so as to make full use of the diesel engine power, reduce the power loss of hydraulic system and lower the heating of the system. When making composite action, the newly developed hydraulic control damping valve can perfectly control the flow distribution of each operating part, and then make the action more coordinated. It has several functions such as high/low speed switching and hydraulic pilot lock.

Faster Boom and Arm

The specially optimized work equipment has additional quick return circuit in oil return circuit of boom and arm cylinders. The oil return line is cut when the cylinders of boom and arm are extended, and the hydraulic oil flows from the oil return line to the cylinder through the check valve. The hydraulic oil in the rod end of boom and arm cylinders flows directly to the head end of the cylinders, by which way the lowering of boom and arm becomes quicker. In this condition, the fuel consumption reduces by 10%.

The Electronic Control Module to Achieve the Best Engine Efficiency

The electronic control module’s rapid response to the change of operating variables enables the engine to reach its optimal efficiency. The fully integration of the electronic control module and the sensors of engine fuel, oil, intake, cooling fluid and exhaust system realizes the real time monitoring and automatic control of the system condition, ensuring that there is no concern about the overload of engine when the excavator is working under full load. Functions like the automatic deceleration system can easily help the operator precisely acquire the equipment status, effectively preventing the occurrence of accidents.

Pump/Engine Screen

The pump chamber and engine chamber are separated with a screen, which can prevent leaked hydraulic oil from splashing onto the hot engine when the hydraulic system fails.

Hydraulic Lockout Control

When the hydraulic lockout control is placed in LOCK position, all controls are inoperable, which prevents accidents caused by unintentional operation.

Silicone Rubber Shock Absorber

The operator station is supported with innovative silicone rubber shock absorber, which is fixed to the swing platform in six points. It has minimized the shock caused by rough road and engine or hydraulic impact, considerably increased the stability of cab, and improved the comfort of operator.

High-strength Top Plate

The top plate of cab is punch-formed with thick high-strength steel integrated with reinforced ribs. It has great impact resistance, and it's hard to distortion. It ensures personal safety under the operation conditions where stone pieces may fall.

Steel Welded Falling Object Protection Structure

High-strength steel sheet which is punch-formed is used for cab. The door and windows are made of toughened glass. In addition to the seat belt equipped, the cabin maximizes the safety of operator.

Optimized swing valve spool improves the throttle effect of valve spool, and promotes the jogging performance while swinging, ensuring that the swing start and stop is more accurate and smoother.

Large Rear View Mirrors (R&L)

Large rear view mirror is mounted on both sides of the cab, which allows the operator to see the situation behind the excavator without turning back, thus reducing the possibility of accident.

Longer Control Levers
