Jibs with hydraulic extensions
Jibs with up to 5 hydraulic extensions with a negative angle of 20°. They offer maximum operating flexibility in difficult access conditions. Manufactured with special steel, they guarantee maximum resistance and lightness, translating into greater load capacity. The automatic extension lock system ensures maximum safety of the crane in the stored position. The new electronic JMP function optimizes the jib’s performance through dynamic variation of the maximum pressure, allowing the jib to always work with the maximum pressure possible in relation to the crane’s geometric configuration. Additionally, a regenerative valve is included for greater extension speed.
JIB Multi Power Plus (optional)
In addition to the JMP functionality, the crane can have the new device that optimizes the jib capacity. Once activated, JMP Plus allows for the optimization of the exit of the jibs, providing maximum performance. This ensures that the jib can guarantee maximum capacity to lift big loads at maximum reach.
Outer boom and fly jib upward angle
Outer boom with an extra upwards 15° angle and jib with an extra upward angle of 20° minimize unwanted flexions of the hydraulic extensions, ensuring perfect control of the load in every working position. This design increases the operating radius in areas where space is reduced.
LPV (Low Pressure Valve) valves
Special balancing valves on the lifting cylinders ensure a linear and accurate movement, independently from the load.
Winch
An electronically controlled winch with a lifting capacity of 2500 kg can be fitted on the crane, even with winch wire rope transmitted to the jib. Additionally, an electronically controlled winch with a lifting capacity of 1000 kg can be fitted on the jib.
LC (Long/Short) Telescopic System
The LC version, with the first hydraulic retractable boom, optimizes load positioning close to the column, making it easier to place heavy and bulky loads.
