High Powered, Fuel Efficient Performance
All our powerful diesel and LPG engines are compliant to the current regulations for reduced emissions. These in-line, 4-cylinder, water cooled, overhead valve engines provide high torque at low engine speeds for applications requiring ramp loading and unloading, fast lift speeds, or heavy hydraulic flow requirements.
2.4 Litre Diesel Engine (KUBOTA)
The V2403 2.4 Litre diesel engine is well tuned and recognized for industrial applications, having high fuel efficiency, low emission and low noise. With features such as high rated power, a built-in solenoid, low fan position, and engine side serviceability, this engine offers excellent performance for Doosan forklift trucks. The V2403 also complies with all EU Stage-3A emission requirements.
3.0 Litre Diesel Engine (YANMAR)
This 3.0 litre diesel engine provides excellent performance for even the toughest applications. The specially optimized engine was designed with advanced computer techniques to provide low noise levels and the combustion pre-chamber, BOSCH VE injection pump and injectors provide low emission characteristics. The 4TNE94L diesel engine also complies with all Euro Stage-3A emission requirements.
2.4 Litre LPG Engine (HMC)
This engine includes a silent chain timing belt that aids in the reduction of noise levels and helps to improve efficiency. An aluminum cylinder block and oil pan also help to reduce noise. Additionally, fuel efficiency is increased thanks to the use of abrasion resistant materials and specially designed 'beehive type' valve springs.
2.4 Litre LPG Engine (MMC)
This engine provides greater torque and higher performance. The engine includes hydraulic lash adjusters which provide service free valvetrain for life of engine. A premium camshaft and balance shaft belts help not only to extend service intervals but also to reduce noise.

A solid one-piece cast iron housing ensures axle components are closely aligned, whilst the high tensile alloy steel shaft extends axle life and allows high torque to be transmitted to the drive wheels.
