Swing brake adopts wet, spring loaded, normally-closed brake, and braking through spring force. The swing system has three work modes to accommodate different needs. It is featured in small backlash, steady control, and excellent inching function. Additionally, it has the slipping function and swing control to stop on sudden braking. The swing drive consists of an external engaged swing drive with a 360° swing range, and the maximum swing speed is 2.5rpm. The swing lock features a cylinder lock that ensures the upperworks are securely locked in four directions after work or during transport. Lastly, the swing rings utilize a single row ball bearing.
Crawler Tensioning
Spring tensioner with auxiliary hydraulic cylinder regulates the tension degree through charging grease, and the spring can perform buffer and protection function when traveling.

Lowworks
Independent travel driving units are adopted for each side of the crawler, to realize straight walking and turning driven by travel motor through gearbox and drive wheel. Travel Speed: both high and low speed are set, and the highest speed is 2.5km/h. Gradeability: 40%.

The crawlers can extend and retract via cylinders. During Work Mode, the crawlers must be extended, and be retracted during transport with crawlers on.

Operating Equipment
All j-hooks are high-strength steel tubes, and the boom/jib top sheaves are made of high-strength anti-wearing Nylon material protected with wire rope. The hooks are installed with milled welded sheave.

Electrical Control System
Self-developed SYIC-II integrated control system is adopted with higher integration, precise operation and reliable quality. The control system consists of the power system, engine system, main control system, LMI system, auxiliary system, and safety monitoring system. CAN BUS is used for data communication between the controller, monitor, and the engine. The monitor displays the working parameters and status, such as engine speed, fuel volume, engine oil pressure, servo pressure, wind speed, engine working hours, lifting conditions, and boom angle.
Hydraulic System
Main pumps: open variable displacement piston pumps are adopted to provide oil supply for the main actuators of the main machine. Gear pump: dual-gear pump for swing and control circuit. The control main pump adopts positive proportional control. The main load: main hoist and auxiliary load adopt piston motor of variable displacement, while the auxiliary load winch and boom hoist winch motor adopt piston motor of fixed displacement. The operating elements include two cross hydraulic handles and one dual travel pedal control valve to control various actuators proportionally. The way of cooling involves a heat exchanger, fan core, and multi-stage filter. The main pressure features a large flow, high precision filter, with a bypass valve and transmitter, which can remind the user to replace the filter element in time. The maximum pressure of the system is 32MPa for the main/auxiliary load hoist, boom hoist, and travel system, while the swing system operates at 24MPa, and the control system at SMPa. The hydraulic tank capacity is 305L.
Main and Aux. Load Hoist Mechanism
Main and auxiliary hoist winches are driven separately by a motor via a gearbox. The operating winch handle can control the winch to rotate in two directions, which are lifting and lowering of the hook. An excellent inching function is equipped on the machine, and drums with fold-line grooves ensure that the wire rope is reeved in order in multilayers. Additionally, free fall for the main/auxiliary load hoist is offered as optional.

Lattice structure. The chord adopts high-strength structural tube and each section is connected through pins. Basic boom: 5m boom top + 5m boom base. Boom insert: 3m×2, 4m×1, 9m×2. Boom length: 10m~40m.
