CX Series

Uni-body valve and cylinder design; is light weight and simple providing excellent power-to-weight ratios and ease of service. High flow rates and low operating pressures; configured for today’s mini excavators and skid steers for efficient use of the carrier’s hydraulic circuit. This minimizes heat generation and hydraulic shock loading for smooth operation and maximum service life for both the carrier and breaker, reducing operating costs. Breaker-mounted manual high/low stroke selector (CX8); improves production capability. Anti-blank fire on/off selector (CX8); alternate modes when operating in varying rock conditions. Optimal sound deadening; further lowers noise levels, pertinent in high density population areas. Optional lightweight side plates option further improves power-to-weight ratios.

Maximize production and minimize costs

The BXR Series uses recoil sensing technology with operator actuated two-speed control and an oversize piston. This combination maximizes blow energy and bpms under varying rock conditions. For example, in hard rock conditions, the bpms are increased providing improved operating efficiency of a conventional breaker.

Model Availability and Features

Available on models BX15 up to BXR160; lubrication system provides a constant supply of grease to the tool and bushing, prolonging component life. Additionally, available on models BX20 up to BXR185; extreme duty wear package protects the breaker housing in abrasive raking applications.
