Fuel Economy and Efficiency

Optimising fuel economy, ease-of-use and speed. The new Fast Lowering function combined with Fast Tipping, Fast Speed, Automatic Sequence control and Friction Relief are excellent tools for increased efficiency in load handling operations.


Fast Lowering

The revolutionary Fast Lowering function allows the hooklift to be lowered down from tipping almost without using the hydraulic pump. This means that less fuel is used and carbon dioxide emissions are correspondingly lower. With this function, lowering can be performed in a third of the normal time, with full control throughout the operation. Fast Lowering is also part of a regenerative system that requires no increase in engine RPM by the driver, thus saving fuel, lowering emissions and noise.


Fast Speed

The Fast Speed function allows empty bodies to be unloaded in a third of the normal time while maintaining precise control. Controlled, fast unloading is secured by an integrated by-pass and load holding valve which optimises oil flow when the main cylinders extend. Fast Speed is also part of a regenerative system that requires no increase in engine RPM by the driver, thus saving fuel, lowering emissions and noise.


Automatic Sequence Control

Shift into a new gear in load handling operations! Activated by a single lever movement, Automatic Sequence Control makes loading and unloading of the body and tipping quick and simple. When needed, manual control is still available as well.


Friction Relief

No more grating noise when loading and unloading containers. Friction Relief automatically lifts the middle frame and the front of the body slightly during horizontal movement. This eliminates vibration and noise caused by friction between the body and the subframe.
