ZEPRO ZHD 3000 features overview

Clever cylinder solutions

Our new range employs a brand new cylinder design. The ZHD 3000 features double acting tilt cylinders throughout, with oil on both sides of the piston in the lift cylinders. The push rods are protected against corrosion with zinc iron treatment, and the piston rods are coated with chrome plated nickel. Threaded cylinder tops seal effectively against water and dirt ingress, while bellows are supplied as standard.


Platform

Durable platforms

Steel or aluminium - the choice is yours. With the latest in manufacturing technology we always achieve precision results. The aluminium platforms, all laser welded, are available in a variety of dimensions. The steel platforms are made of Domex, a high tensile steel that gives strength at low weight. External powder coating and internal wax spray treatment seal the deal with the optimum in corrosion protection.


Power

Neat hydraulics

High quality components and ingenious design are the basis of unbeatable hydraulics. Some examples are neat hose solutions, aluminium profiles for oil transport and quick connectivity. The hydraulic unit is integrated in the steel support frame, which gives protection and keeps the pump noise to a minimum. There is also a low noise hydraulic unit available as an option. The motor is equipped with a thermostat to protect against overheating and we use plastic tanks to ensure the cleanliness of the oil and to minimise the total weight.
