The screening plant is equipped with a very powerful elliptic motion screen and is designed for screening small and medium grain sizes.

GIPOSCREEN WITH GRADING SCREEN

The grading screens are available as two-deck or three-deck versions. Thanks to the large screening surfaces, a high throughput is guaranteed even for small product sizes. By adapting the screen angle to the material properties, the material is optimally distributed on the screening surface; thus, increasing the productivity and grading accuracy.

GIPOSCREEN WITH SCALPING SCREEN

The scalping screens are designed to sort material before the first crushing process. Large screening media such as bar screens, finger screens, perforated plates or wire mesh screens are used for this purpose. Several screening plants with two-deck screen units are available.

Giposcreen with roller grizzlies

The roller grizzly plants are ideal for cleaning strongly contaminated material with high clay-content or for material with a very high moisture content. The robust design of these plants makes them ideally suited for heavy-duty jobs.
