At the heart of the CESAB B800 are powerful 80-volt motors and a high capacity battery. CESAB’s Operator Smart Control (OSC) allows you to tailor the power output to the job at hand, ensuring high productivity for longer by optimising battery charge cycles. A regenerative braking system feeds power back into the battery when the operator takes their foot off the accelerator pedal, further reducing energy consumption to make effective use of working time. When it does come time to exchange batteries, the lateral battery extraction system ensures minimum disruption to your materials handling. Oil bath multi-disc brakes provide powerful and progressive stopping power even when fully loaded. CESAB’s anti-roll back function helps enhance ramp performance, allowing the operator to concentrate on loading and unloading. The high driving position of the CESAB B800 range provides an excellent all round view, complemented by the industry leading levels of visibility provided by CESAB’s unique mast technology, ensuring that class leading performance is delivered safely as well as efficiently.

High strength, higher performance

The mast is manufactured using an optimised welding process. This results in higher performance in terms of both longevity (less stress and wear on the mast) and durability (greater protection against damage due to overload).

Industry leading mast technology

Mast development is an integral part of the CESAB design process and we work in close partnership with specialist mast designers at our mast factory. The CESAB B800 equipped with Intelligent Mast Design (IMD) offers industry leading levels of visibility providing enhanced productivity and durability in the process. But IMD is not just about better visibility, a patented “Double C” mast profile is exclusive to the CESAB range and delivers strength and stiffness. The direct benefits to your business are better productivity through reduced cycle times and great durability thanks to the mast strength. Machined mast profiles have less play, meaning less wasted energy and less wear and tear, and also allow for the use of ‘maintenance free’ bearings contributing to the lower lifetime costs. By creating short mast profiles the CESAB B800 is shorter in length and utilises a lighter counterweight for reduced truck weight. Adjustable rollers pads allow for quick and easy maintenance, improving uptime and reducing maintenance costs.

Superior visibility

Two full free lift (FFL) cylinders provide excellent operator visibility, allowing fast and accurate stacking operations as well as loading and unloading. The 3rd and 4th ways are integrated into the mast to further optimise visibility as well as providing protection to the hoses.

Reduced noise and vibration, more comfort

A hydraulic brake effect at lifting and lowering end stroke makes for smoother operation. This contributes to stability and a more comfortable working environment. Two FFL cylinders reduce vibration compared to single cylinder designs.

Ergonomic controls

The proportional electronic controls allow the operator to intuitively manage all the hydraulic functions by simply moving the fingertip levers or optional mini-joystick.
