Car Dismantler

A fine combination of clamp arm and 360° rotation cutter efficiently demolishes scrapped cars. The powerful mechanism allows for speedy demolition without preprocessing, such as fusing the chassis frame. This enables one-man car demolition for higher productivity.

Features

360-degrees directional work ability. Steel structures like H-beams or I-beams can be cut in a single cut. Easier cutter replacement, scientific cutting structure, and excellent durability. The Speed-up valve can accelerate work speed (option). Link Type mounting bracket, rotating type, loading/unloading timbers, logs, and pipes. Wide jaws suitable for various work requirements, ensuring high efficiency. Loading/unloading metal scrap, wastes, and garbage with a pendulum type. Rotating options include hydraulic rotating type, free rotating type, or fixed type available. Number of tines can be 4, 5, or 6, with options for close type, semi-close type, or open type. Additionally, a double safety device for anti-slipping and dropping is used for making sea breakwater and constructing river drains, with a fixed type and rotating option available.

Fixed Crusher

Enhanced durability with wear-resistant teeth material. Diversified teeth enable fine crushing, which enhances work efficiency. Lower noise and less vibration design enable work in almost any environment. Economical demolition by crushing concrete and cutting the reinforced steel bars in it for separation purposes. The Speed-up valve can accelerate work speed (option). Option: Tooth replacement type (DMC140~DMC300).

Rotating Crusher

360-degrees directional work ability. Available for separating and cutting steel bars as well as breaking columns. Enabled demolition in narrow building spaces or noise-regulated environments with innovative performance. The Speed-up valve can accelerate work speed (option). Option: Tooth replacement type (DMC230R, DMC330R).

Mini Crusher

Dual cylinder system for speedy and powerful operation. Enhanced durability by applying HARDOX. Easy maintenance and powerful performance with minimum vibration. The Speed-up valve can accelerate work speed (option). Free rotating type (standard).

Multi Processor

Stronger breaking power maximizes work efficiency. Both crushing concrete and cutting reinforced steel is available by switching arms. Improved work ability and mobility by adopting a hydraulic rotating motor. Durability is guaranteed by improved design, and reliability is enhanced by a Quality Assurance System. The Speed-up valve can accelerate work speed (option).

Multi Processor DMP250Q

Four different arms are replaceable (Crusher, Shear, Demolition, Pulverizer). Replacing arms can be done within 10 minutes by applying a hydraulic cylinder system. Enhanced safety with a check valve and mechanical spring. Tooth replacement is available, and enhanced durability is achieved by applying Hardox400 and Hardox Hituf. High work efficiency with the Speed-up valve as standard.

Clamshell Bucket

Pendulum type with rotating options: hydraulic rotating type, free rotating type, and fixed type available. Teeth can be installed as an option, while the standard clamshell has no teeth.

Ripper

Specifically designed to pre-rip frozen ground or tough soil that exceeds the bucket’s recommended duty. Used for removing stumps, roots, or rebar. High strength solid shank. Single & Double points type available. Installing adaptor is an option (Standard has no Adaptor).

Features

The newly born alicon Series has innovated with technology, is lighter, stronger, and more powerful than ever. By enlarging the diameter of the T/Bolt, the alicon series has improved its durability. The hose connecting port has been changed from a split flange structure to a new adaptor type port. This new port fundamentally reduces possible fail points, such as connected bolt breakage and oil leakage (it applies to all models: B10-B800). Additionally, the box housing has been redesigned with a bending design for enhanced durability. More options include: Anti Blank Firing On/Off Valve, TPC system (2 stages stroke valve), Internal Relief Valve, BPM adjust Valve, Provision Hole for underwater works, and Auto Grease System. The series has diversified into 17 product lines to fit any work conditions. The redesigned chisel pin has improved durability, and more powerful impact power has been applied by enlarging the chisel’s diameter. The life of the breaker (chisel pins, T/Bolts, F/Head, etc.) has been increased by applying the Anti Blank Firing system.

Material Handler

High strength, low alloy steel yields maximum strength to weight ratio. Large diameter pins and wide joints absorb the strain of big loads. Two pieces Material Handler supplied as standard. A large variety of grapples and clamshell buckets available.
