F441m. multicrop versatility. efficient operation.

Offering true multi-crop baling the F441M is ideal for medium volume use or for low volume operations where a narrow timeframe means high capacity and speed are essential. Packed full of features it’s a high value package that will perform reliably, year after year.

F441R. Quality and Reliability

Designed and engineered to deliver excellent in-field performance, the F441R baler offers legendary John Deere quality and reliability. Close inspection reveals impressive attention to detail and the innovative technology that has been especially developed for the F441R.

High capacity 13 or 25 knife precutter rotors

Choice of 2 m or 2.2 m pickups have unique stainless steel strippers and Hardox® tines. Theoretical cutting height either 80 mm or 40 mm.

Choice of monitors

ISOBUS compatibility means the C441R can be operated and controlled by a wide range of available ISOBUS monitors, starting with the 1100 display in the base configuration. So there are fewer reasons to leave the cab while working.

Control Box

This straightforward 3-button control box couldn’t be easier to use. Switch on. Wait for the buzzer to sound and the ‘stop’ light to flash. Then press the Twine or Netwrap button for your preferred crop care packaging.

BaleTrak Monitors

Two monitors are available. The BaleTrak Easy monitor offers basic net and twine tying control. The BaleTrak monitor adds diameter indicator, complete net and twine tying management and full screen view.

Excellent Access

Patented film roll storage system quickly exchanges and reloads 20 kg rolls. Wide-opening gullwing side panels enable easy maintenance and adjustment.

New versatile bale chamber

Aggressive 12-rib rollers in higher-grade steel. Optional 18th roller can reduce fuel consumption by up to 7%. Both bale density and diameter are set-up from the cab over the ISOBUS connection.

Bale Formation Efficiency

It allows one bale to be held on the table while the next bale is being formed and then ejects both bales at the same time. This saves time, simplifies bale collection logistics, and accelerates harvesting.

Feeding system

The industry-leading feeders enable faster baling of heavy windrows and extend plugging limits. Choose between 1.5 m and 1.9 m pickup width.

Transfer Table System (TTS) and wrapping system

Smooth, efficient bale transfer system prevents bale deformation. At 40 rpm, the wrapping arm speed ensures well-balanced baling and wrapping performance.

Producing more bales in a day is made possible by the high performance John Deere Transport Table System.

Transport table

Transitioning the bales from the chamber to the table is fast and smooth, preventing bale deformation that could cause air to become trapped beneath the film. At 40 rpm, new wrapping arms apply five layers of film at breathtaking speed. This is the optimum speed for the most productive interaction between the baler and the wrapper.

Pick-up

Cam track technology offers unbeaten performance in short or sticky crops such as 2nd or 3rd cut silage, and the precise interaction of tines and rotor delivers a consistently smooth crop flow. High productivity is assured by the use of a 6 mm diameter tine mounted on no less than five tubular bars.

Extended durability

Oversized bearings in cast housings, double seal protection, full RC100 HD chains, and "T" gearbox ensure that power inputs up to 210 hp are easily manageable.

Roller bearing sealing

Fully greaseable bearings are protected by a triple "chicane" design, combined with a pair of 4 lips. External material cannot penetrate and damage the system.

Heavy-duty components

Five pickup tooth bar mounted on sealed ball bearings, heavy duty chains, upgraded roll steel, oversized bearings, reinforced sealing, and Hardox rotor tines.

C441R Combi

The result is the C441R Combi. A perfectly balanced machine that’s available in either single or tandem axle versions.
